Cannibal Colony

The cannibals first appear in the episode hello rosie! My personal theory is that the cannibal demons themselves originate from gluttony with rosie one day deciding to create a colony in pride due to the abundance of free flesh. Considering rosie is a hellborn, the fact that she looks identical to all the cannibals, and there appear to be children in the colony, i'm guessing the cannibals are actually a hellborn race. So who is rosie and what is the cannibal colony? They are led by rosie the mayor of cannibal colony.
